1 / Will I be isolated from the hall?
PEEX is designed to keep the user fully immersed in the live experience. Our earbuds are designed to not seal the ear canal but rather allow a natural blend of the room acoustics with the high-definition audio delivered directly from stage. With our patented audio synchronization technology the two sources are perfectly aligned further adding to users overall experience.
2 / Can I use my own earbuds?
​Whilst we designed our own earbuds to maximise the ambient blend, you are free to use your own preferred earbuds, providing they have a 3.5mm jack plug fitted.
3 / Do I have to stay in one place to receive signal?
The PEEX system transmits an encrypted signal throughout the audience and users are free to ram wherever the signal is present. There is no user action required to receive the real-time audio stream and connection to the signal is fully automatic through the PEEX rX receiver.
4 / Can I use PEEX as an Assistive Listening device?
Yes. PEEX provides personal control of volume and has been used successfully by many customers with varying degrees of hearing impairment. One big advantage is that PEEX does not require users to be located in any specific area to receive the signal, meaning you can enjoy access to all ticketed locations with family and friends.
5/ How long does the device work for?
​The PEEX rX receiver incorporates a rechargeable battery capable of powering it for approximately 8 hours.
6 / How do I control the device? (Optional Mixer App)
​The PEEX rX receiver can be used on its own, purely for high-definition audio enhancement of the overall event sound. It can also be paired to a companion smartphone application, using Bluetooth, which can be configured to allow users personal control up to 5 channels of audio. Imagine being able to dynamically boost the vocals or guitar solos in real time.
